| Abstract: | This paper analyses a, number of important scientific problems presently confronting our earthquake prediction studies. In the light of the author's insight of the newest advancements in modern physics, mathematics, system science and mechanics, the paper proposes certain feasible approaches that could be used to foster the earthquake prediction studies, and points out a number of research areas that should be strengthened. |
