废弃泥浆合理处置技术分析

摘    要:对钻孔废弃泥浆诱发的环境问题,应针对不同的废弃泥浆中污染物种类和浓度不同,采用不同的无害化处理技术。石油钻井废弃泥浆较多的采用固化法处理,亦有采用固液分离后分别对固相、液相进行二次处理;建筑施工废弃泥浆的处理为化学方法或化学加机械方法。对废弃的泥浆应实现高效率、低能耗的处理,并使泥浆处理产物可再利用。

Abstract:For the environmental problems caused by waste slurry from drilling,different harmless treatment technologies should be adopted according to different kinds of wastes and concentrations of pollutants by waste drilling slurry.Most of the waste mud from oil drilling is treated by solidification method,and the solid and liquid phases are treated by secondary treatment after solid-liquid separation.Disposal of construction waste slurry is used by chemical method or chemical plus mechanical method.The waste slurry should be treated with high efficiency and low energy consumption,and the slurry treatment products can be reused.
