| 摘 要： | 总结对地理信息共享的认识:地理信息共享和保护是相辅相成的。地理信息共享有重大意义,通过地理信息共享可以避免大量重复调查、使信息得到充分及时利用,可为国家节省巨额资金;但没有地理信息的保护,地理信息的共享将无法健康的进行。着重叙述如何以法律手段和非法律手段对地理信息进行保护。
