| 摘 要： | 对汶川地震中广元市的银行建筑、商铺、大型商场进行了房屋震害和经济损失调查;然后,分析了银行建筑、商铺、大型商场的震害特点和经济损失特点,对各种经济损失进行了划分和分析;根据现场调查情况,提出各部分的损失比,进一步分别对银行、商铺和大型商场的经济损失进行估计,损失估计值与调查值基本符合;现场调查和损失评估还表明,不仅不同行业经济损失的构成和影响因素不同,即使同一行业,经营商品不同,经济损失及其影响因素也不同,因此,需要分门别类地研究不同行业?不同功能建筑的直接和间接经济损失。 |

| Abstract: | The seismic damage and economic loss of banks,stores and emporiums in Guangyuan during M8.0 Wenchuan Earthquake were investigated.The damage grades of surveyed buildings were evaluated.The features of economic loss of these three industries were analyzed.Based on the survey results,the loss ratio of each component was proposed.Utilizing the proposed loss ratio,the economic loss of each component was estimated.The results show that the estimation loss agrees well with the survey results.Additionally,the feat... |
