| 摘 要： | 为满足“智慧城市”建设、应急保障服务、国情监测等需求,迫切要求对全院地理信息数据全面整合、统一管理,打破部门间数据共享壁垒。基于此需求构建了以私有云架构为基础,采用C/S端系统对多源地理数据进行资源组织、入库以及管理,采用B/S应用程序对用户提供地图服务,并捕获用户的数据购买申请,通过B/S与C/S客户端的交互实现数据分发的综合性系统。该系统能够为院属各部门、相关委办局、政府机构全面、实时、全面提供定制化、精细化的数据服务,同时确保了我院数据源的所有权及安全性。

| Abstract: | To meet the demand of huilding intelligent city , observing the change of nationwide land cover condition and constructing the immediately-react mechanism for emergency and disasters, the data-sharing barriers need to be urgently broken down , the integration and unified management of geo-data needs to be done. Based on these requirements, the da- ta management system has been built based on cloud computing technique. The system contains two parts： Client/Server system-Data resourcemanagementsystem and Browser/Server system-Data service and distribution system. Administrators could store and manage data by using C/S system while users could search, using and submit their needs by using B/S system. The schema of geo-data storage and distribution allows different users including the government, Bureaus and other users acquiring customization and intimae service products. At the same time, this schema guarantees the safety we have. |
