| 摘 要： | 利用重庆市南岸区1996—2004年土地利用现状年度变更调查数据，分析其土地利用变化的过程及引起土地利用变化的原因。分析结果显示：人口增长、经济发展、农业结构调整、政策等因素是南岸区土地利用变化的主要驱动因子。并提出土地可持续利用的建议。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the data of land use from 1996 to 2004 in Nan'an,Chongqing,analyzing the procrss and the reason of land use change.The conclusion showed that population growth,economy development,agricultural structure,policy driving are the main driving forces,putting forward the suggestion for the land sustainable development. |
