小口径钻进冲洗液循环流态的探讨

摘    要:小口径钻进液循环的流态一直是钻探界十分关注的问题。作者利用武汉地质学院创建的泥浆循环模拟试验台对小口径循环液流态进行了大量的试验和观察,提出小口径钻进循环属于非稳定流系统,并认为小口径钻进循环液流基本上不存在层流或层流范围很小。这个新的观点涉及到泥浆水力损失计算、流变学和岩粉携带等一系列理论的磋商问题。

Abstract:The state of circulating fluid flow in snail-hole drilling is a problem debated and attracting attention in the drilling field. The authors made a lot of experiments and investigation by using the simulated rig of circulating mud which was set up by Wuhan College of Geology. Hence we brought forward that the circulating system is non-steady flow and thought that basically there is no laminar flow or a little range of laminar flow in circulating fluid flow. From this new point of view , a series of relative theoretical problems must be further considered, such as the design of hydraulic loss of mud, the rheology and carrying cuttings etc.
