| 摘 要： | 本文分析了１４例经手术病理证实的胆囊癌ＣＴ表现。根据ＣＴ表现及结合病理分为１）壁厚例，表现为胆囊壁弥性或局限性不规则增厚，增强后囊壁强化明显；２）腔内型，表现为从增厚囊壁突入腔内的不规则结节影，伴胆囊壁侵犯，增强较明显；３）肿块型，胆囊腔闭塞，胆囊区低或等密度肿块，伴邻近肝脏直接浸润，胆管扩张及局部淋巴结转移。

| Abstract: | CT manifestations of fourteen cases of gallbladder carcinoma proved by surgicopathology were analyzed. The major CT findings were classified as follows:1)thickened wall.which was identified diffuse or local thickness of the gallbladder wall, and had some enhancement after contrast medis administration;2) intraluminal mass,which was alse involved thickened wall but was associated with an intraluminal mass;3),mass bile-cyst llbladder region, followed by direct liver vasion by tumor,and biliary ductal dilatation and regional lymph node metastases.Conclusion:Specific signs of CT images were found in gallbladdercarcinoma.Scrutiny of the morphological changes of the gallbladder,and its relationship with the surrouning tissue would help to increasethe rate of accuracy of diagnosis. |
