摘    要:利用MapGIS K9和Microsoft SQL Server 2005为技术平台,构建了服务于重庆矿产资源管理部门的矿产资源储量动态监督管理平台。平台集成了基础地理数据库、储量图数据库、采掘工程平面图数据库,实现矿山"图库一体"的数字化管理;能准确计算矿山动用储量,及时更新矿山资源储量;历史回溯矿山储量动态变化情况;使主管部门全面、及时、准确掌握矿山资源储量变化情况,掌控资源家底,促进矿山企业珍惜资源和合理高效开发利用资源,提高资源节约利用程度,同时,为进一步规范采矿权管理,及时发现和制止矿产资源违法行为提供系统支持。

Construction of the Mineral Resources Dynamic Supervision and Management Platform for Chongqing

Abstract:Based on MapGIS K9 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005, this study constructed a mineral resources dynamic supervision and management platform for Chongqing relevant administrative departments. The management platform integrated fundamental geographic database, reserve figure database, the floor plan of excavation engineering database, and realized digital management of mine with graph-database. It could accurately calculate the mine producing reserves, update and historical retrospect dynamic changes of the mining reserves. It provided a comprehensive, timely and accurate way for competent department to grasp mine resources changes, to promote mining enterprises to cherish resources and rational development or utilization of resources, and increasing the degree of resource conservation. At the same time, it also provided a system support to further standardize the mining right management, timely find and stop the illegal acts.
