摘    要:合理高效地进行路基填土压实质量检测对保证工程质量、提高施工效率具有重要意义。通过在室内开展精细的地基系数K30与变形模量Ev2、Ev1试验,对比分析了两种小型平板载荷试验的特点,重点讨论了变形稳定和等时间隔两种加载方式对试验效率和试验误差的影响规律,得到以下结论:K30较Ev2更能直接反映路基的压密程度,每级荷载的保持时间对试验结果有显著影响,满足1%沉降稳定控制标准需较长的试验历时;K30试验的沉降稳定控制标准由1%改为2%、或加载时间间隔为6 min,可缩短30%~50%试验时间,K30值误差在10%以内;提出了K30试验加载的荷载-时间控制法(P-t法),用于铁路路基砾石类填料压实质量的K30检测具有良好适应性。

Abstract:It is important to conduct the quality test on railway subgrade compaction in an efficient and reasonable way, which can ensure the project quality and improve the construction efficiency. Based on the test on the coefficient of subgrade reaction (K30) and modulus of deformation (Ev2 and Ev1), the characteristics of two small-sized plate loading tests are compared, the effect laws of test efficiency and test error through two loading modes of deformation stability and equal time intervals are mainly focused on, and the following conclusions are got Ev2, K30 can reflect the compaction degree of railway subgrade in a more direct way. The enduring period of each loading level has exerted great influence on the testing results and it takes longer testing periods to meet the 1% control standards of sedimentation stability. If the control standard of sedimentation stability of K30 test changes from 1% to 2%, or the interval of loading time sets at 6 minites, the testing period can be shortened about 30%-50% of the original time and the test error is within 10% of K30. The load-time control method is proposed in the subgrade reaction coefficient test, which fits the compaction quality test of railway subgrade made of gravel soil very well.
