茅台地区酱香白酒硼同位素组成的初步研究

摘    要:汪强等在题为"茅台地区酱香白酒硼同位素比较研究"一文中采用ICP-MS检测茅台地区不同厂家生产的酱香型白酒中11B/10B比率,得到的11B/10B比值为0.8713~1.0610,此值之低,值得怀疑。采用离子交换的方法提取硼后,采用VG354热电离质谱计和基于加石墨检测Cs2BO2+离子测定硼同位素的方法,初步测定了茅台地区浓香型与酱香型白酒的11B/10B比值分别为4.0184和4.0437(δ11B=-7.9‰和-1.6‰),落在地球物质硼同位素组成正常变化范围内,基本是可靠的,与汪强所报道的异常低的结果存在极大差别。对汪文中造成测定的11B/10B比值异常的可能原因进行的分析表明,汪强的测定结果是不可信的。

Abstract:ICP-MS was adopted to detect the 11B/10B ratio of Maotai-flavor liquor by Wang in the paper intitled "Comparative research on boron isotope ratio of Maotai-flavor liquor in Maotai region".The measured 11B/10B ratios were 0.871 3~1.061 0.Such abnormally low values are suspicious.In this paper,the method of ion exchange to extract boron and the isotopic measurement of boron based on Cs2BO+2 with graphite load by VG354 thermal ionization mass spectrometer was adopted.The measured 11B/10B ratios of aromatic-type liquor and flavor-type liquor in Maotai region are 4.018 4 and 4.043 7(δ11B =-7.9‰ and-1.6‰),respectively,which lie in the variation range of isotopic composition of boron in terrestrial substance and are credible,but very different from the abnormally low values reported by Wang.The analyses for the possible reasons causing the abnormal boron isotope ratio reported by Wang,show that the results reported by Wang are suspect.
