| 摘 要： | 寿光地区卤水资源丰富,钻探施工中由于泥浆遭遇盐侵,导致钻探事故,甚至钻孔报废等情况。经过多次实验,总结出该区的泥浆配制方法:首先配制淡水泥浆,然后在泥浆中加入一定浓度的盐溶液和抗盐、提粘效果好的泥浆处理剂,从而配制成盐水泥浆。应用表明,该泥浆具有所用处理剂少,配制简单,易维护,抗盐能力强,抑制效果好,携带岩粉能力强,能有效地解决施工遇到的问题,保证了钻孔的顺利完工。

| Abstract: | Brine resource is abundant in the Shouguang area.But because of salt intrusion into drilling mud can cause drilling accidents,even abandoned boreholes.After experiments,has summed up mud preparation method for the area.Firstly,the fresh water mud is prepared,then adding into certain concentration salt solution and treatment agents with good salinity tolerance and thickening effects,thus the brine mud.Practices have demonstrated that the mud has following virtues：less treatment agents,simple preparation,easy maintenance,strong salinity tolerance,good control effect,strong rock flour carryover ability,can solve problems in operation effectively and ensure borehole smooth completion. |
