湖南含籽晶天然金刚石的同步辐射X射线衍射形貌像研究

摘    要:利用同步辐射X射线形貌学研究,首次发现湖南褐色天然金刚石中存在籽晶金刚石.该金刚石晶体呈菱形十二面体,其同步辐射X射线劳埃图上大部分斑点分别分布在5条主晶带上.经分析发现,该金刚石晶体首先由晶核发育成菱形十二面体金刚石籽晶,再由此籽晶生长成菱形十二面体金刚石晶体.该金刚石晶体中晶体缺陷很少,仅存在部分由塑性形变产生的应力场以及由籽晶生长界面产生的面缺陷,表明该金刚石晶体所处的生长环境较为稳定.

Abstract:Natural diamond with seed crystal is discovered for the first time in Hunan Province by the study of synchrotron radiation X-ray diffraction topography. The diamond is dodecahedron,and most of its diffraction spots on the Laue X-ray pattern are distributed on five main crystal zones respectively. It shows that the diamond seed crystal is also dodecahedron,coming from a crystal grain first, then growing as an dodecahedron diamond. The diamond has few crystal defects,with only some stress field from plastic deformation and some face defects from growth interface of seed crystal. Such few crystal defects can show that this natural diamond grows in comparatively stable environment.
