地质背景与信阳茶叶关系的探讨

摘    要:从地学角度分析了信阳毛尖茶叶产地的地质背景对土壤中元素组合、土壤类型和地貌景观的影响,探讨了地质背景与茶叶主要品质的关系,认为花岗岩母质土壤,海拔300~800m高,有一定坡度、植被茂盛的环境适宜优质信阳毛尖的生长。

Abstract:From the geological point of view, the authors studied the effects of geological background of Xinyang, the original production area of Chinese famous traditional Xinyang Maojian tea, on chemical element combination in local soils, the soil types and the physiognomy. It also investigated the relationship between local geological background and tea quality. The results from the study show that the eco-geological environment of granite-ginated soil, 300-800 m heigh above sea level, luxuriant vegetation and a slope in natural tapography are suitable for the growing of high-quality Xinyang Maojian tea.
