摘    要:二穗短柄草是一种理想的研究温带禾谷类植物和牧草的模式植物。对源于以色列4个不同地区(群体)90个生态型二穗短柄草的物候期和农艺性状差异及其相关性进行了研究。结果表明,在贵州自然气候条件下,以色列二穗短柄草生态型间和群体间在生长期、各农艺性状表现均有所不同,方差分析呈极显著差异(P<0.0001);各群体生长期平均值的顺序为:Tibigha

Abstract:As a new model plant,Brachypodium distachyon represents important traits for study in temperate cereals and forage grasses.In the present study,the phenological and phenotypic differences and correlations among 90 ecotypes of B.distachyon originating from four different locations in Israel were investigated.The results showed that B.distachyon among different ecotypes and populations had significant differences on growing periods and most traits under the natural climatic conditions in Guizhou Province.ANOVA showed that there were significant effects of different ecotypes and populations on these growing periods and traits.The order of average growing days among four populations was Tibigha < Yatir < Mt.Carmel < Sede Boqer.Spearman’s Rho Correlation test indicated that three leaves,tillering,heading had significant correlations with the most of traits.The phenotypic differences of B.distachyon was the results of long-term selected evolution adaptability under the special ecologicad condition and the basis of producing genetic diversity,which can provide a evidence to study the cereals and forage grasses on molecular biology in the future.
