摘    要:西北地区侏罗广泛发育扇三角洲,辫状河三角洲和曲流河三角洲相沉积,其中扇三角洲与陡倾的盆地边缘有关,盆地的沉降速率大于沉积率,沉积层序为加积型,并以沉积物重力流和无河道片流区同搬运的沉积短斩泄荷为特征,辫状河三角洲与不很陡的盆地边缘梯度有关,其沉积速率大于盆地的沉降速率,沉积层序为进积型,并以河道径流广泛发育为特征,曲流河三角洲与缓坡陷型构造边界有关,并具有以河流作用为主,湖泊作用的辅的特征,3种三

Deltaic Sediments of the Jurassic in Northwestern China

Abstract:Fan deltas, braid river deltas and meandering river deltas are developed extenively in the Jurassic of northwestern China. Fan deltas are related to steep basin margins where the total subsidence rate exceeds the sedimentation rate. Their depositional sequences are aggradational. Fan deltas are characterized by exclusively ephemeral discharge in which sediments are transported by a combination of sediment gravity flows and nonchannelized sheetfloods. Braid deltas are associated with gentle basin-margin gradients. Gentle basin-margin gradients are a result of a high sedimentation rate relative to the subsidence rate and account for progradational sequences. Braid deltas are typified by well-developed channel flow. Meandering river deltas are related to the structural boundary of gentje-slope depression type, where river action is dominant and lake action is subordinate. The three deltas have good potentials of oil and gas storage and are important targets of exploration of Jurassic oil and gas in northwestern China.
