| 摘 要： | 水生动物病毒学以水生动物为研究对象,是病毒学的一个分支学科,并随水产养殖业病害研究的深入而成为一门新兴学科.其研究以病毒学、病理学、免疫学和分子生物学为基础,并与水产养殖动物的生产实践相结合,是一门理论性与实践性都很强的学科.病毒性疾病以其传染性强、传播广、死亡率高、防治难的特点成为严重危害各种水产养殖动物的重要病害,因此加强这方面的研究具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | As a branch of new technology, phage display technique is applied widely in many research fields and shows great advantage. Peptide libraries and antibody libraries are the two main applications of the technology. It is a powerful tool for cloning of viral gene, mapping and mimotope of antigenic determinant, research and producing of vaccine and antivirus peptide and antibody. The prospect of the technology applied in aquatic animal virology is discussed here. We expect that it may bring profound impacts to aquatic animal virology. |
