摘    要:针对特定功能基因发展起来的油气微生物免培养检测技术,与传统培养法相比具有快速、稳定、特异性高的特点,非常适合工业化测试。在沾化凹陷邵家洼陷陈22井区,对钻孔、剖面以及区域所采集的微生物土壤样品进行检测研究,结果显示,利用基因定量技术检测到的油气微生物异常与油气田有极好的对应关系,证明发展油气微生物分子勘探技术技术具有广阔的远景。

Abstract:Compared with traditional culture-dependent methods, culture-independent techniques based on functional genes for detec- ting oil and gas indicating microorganisms are more rapid, stable and specific, thereby suitable for commercial applications. In this study, the authors chose Chen 22 wells zone in Shaojia subsag of Zhanhua SAG as a model system. Based on the analyses of the soil samples collected from point, linear and areal surveys, the authors detected that the anomalies of gene abundance were perfectly con- sistent with the presence of the oil and gas reservoirs. Therefore, microbial molecular prospecting technique for oil and gas is very prom- ising in the future.
