毛乌素沙地南缘生态过渡带土壤微生物特征

摘    要: 对毛乌素沙地南缘生态过渡带流动半流动沙丘、固定半固定沙地、丘间盐碱滩地和缓坡丘陵梁地4种不同生境土壤中0—5 cm和5—20 cm土层的细菌、真菌、放线菌三大菌类及硝化细菌、好气性固氮菌和纤维素分解菌三个微生物生理群的数量进行了研究。结果表明:除放线菌数量为缓坡丘陵梁地>丘间盐碱滩地>固定半固定沙地>流动半流动沙丘外,其他菌类及微生物总量均为缓坡丘陵梁地>固定半固定沙地>丘间盐碱滩地>流动半流动沙丘;各类微生物类群中,细菌数量最多,占微生物总量的70%以上;各类微生物的垂直分布,除流动半流动沙丘细菌、放线菌、微生物总量及好气性固氮菌数量为5—20 cm高于0—5 cm外,其他生境条件下各种微生物类群数量均为0—5 cm高于5—20 cm。

Abstract:A trail was conducted to reveal the distribution of soil bacteria,epiphyte,actinomycetes, nitrobacteria, oxygenic azotobacteria and cellulose-decomposing bacteria at 0—20 cm depth under 4 different habitats in the ecotone in south fringe of Mu Us sandy land. The results showed that: the number of actinomycetes was gentle slope hilly ridge>saline bottomland>fixed and semi-fixed dune>shifting and semi-shifting dune, the order of other groups of microbe number were gentle slope hilly ridge>fixed and semi-fixed dune>saline bottomland>shifting and semi-shifting dune. Bacteria number was the most among all groups of microorganisms and accounted for 70 percent of the total microbe. For the vertical distribution of various groups of microbe, the number of bacteria, actinomycetes, total microbe and oxygenic azotobacteria in shifting and semi-shifting dune were 5—20 cm>0—5 cm, other groups of microorganism under different habitats all were 0—5 cm>5—20 cm.
