| 摘 要： | 我国在进入以高耗能产业快速发展为标志的重化工业时代的同时,城市化进程也呈现加速发展态势。二者协同作用,对资源环境造成了较大压力。该文通过5个典型高耗能行业和5个低耗能行业的对比,分析了二者在就业吸纳能力、经济增长贡献、未来发展潜力和环境影响等方面的差别,定量揭示了高耗能产业对区域城市化的影响机理,并提出了协调工业化和城市化发展的对策。

| Abstract: | China's development has been in a new stage that the high-energy consuming industries grow fast.In the same time,China's urbanization also has been in the accelerating stage.These two factors imposed a high pressure on the resource and environment protection.In this paper,five typical high-energy consuming industries and five low-energy consuming industries were chosen to be analyzed from four aspects,viz.employment absorption capacity,contribution to economic growth,future development potential and environment impact.Based on that,the influencing mechanism from high-energy consuming industries to the urbanization processes as well as the countermeasures have been brought forward. |
