| 摘 要： | 在“数字城市”建设如火如茶的今天，城市基础地理信息分类编码的制定成为激烈探讨的话题。文中以作为“数字杭州”建设的一部分——在杭州市基础空间地理信息系统建设过程中，杭州市基础地理信息分类编码方案的制定为例，探讨了城市基础地理信息分类编码体系建立的重要性、编制原则、编制特色与应用等技术问题。

| Abstract: | Classification and code establishment for urban fundamental geo-spatial data is becoming a hot topic since Digital City construction is inevitable.As part of Digital Hangzhou,Hangzhou Fundamental Geographic Information System is under construction.This paper tries to elaborate some of the key technical issues,which include the importance,principles,features and application, encountered in the esablishment of classification and coding scheme for Hangzhou fundamental GIS. |
