氢钟钟罩及真空机组的改进设计

摘    要:本文介绍了氢钟钛合金钟罩的设计制作以及机械泵─分子泵前级真空机组的改进设计.由于钛是一种崭新的工程金属,用钛合金制作的真空钟罩由于采用了较正确的工艺手段,具有强度高、重量轻、在真空中放气率低、无磁、外表美观和经济实惠等优点.而前级真空机组,由于采用了不锈钢波纹管及卡箍结构,无粗大的真空橡皮管,也改善了氢钟的真空条件.钛合金钟罩及改进型前级真空机组的应用对氢钟钛离子泵的启动及系统真空度的提高起了一定的作用.

Abstract:This paper describes the design and the manufacture of the titanium vacuum bell jar and the improvement of the fore pump system for Shanghai Observatory's hydrogen maser. Titanium is one of the new engineering materials. The vacuum bell jar made of titanium has a lot of advantages-high strength. light weight. magnetismless. lower gassing rate in vacuum system. It looks pleasing to the eyes and it is cheeper too'The forepump system improves the vacuum condition of the hydrogen maser system because applying stainless steel bellows and hoop construction without large rubber tubes. In short. the use of them plays a very good role in start of the ion pump and in increase of the vacuum degree of the maser system.
