| Abstract: | By the research of the present condition analysis and the establishment of province level emergency response platform, this paper elaborated on the necessity of the platform establishment, the target and tasks of studying, the contents of studying, the difficulty of technique, the technique route contents of etc. It also discussed the key technique for solving in the platform construction, and put forward the solution of the first step. |
