| 摘 要： | 我国现有的地面气象观测站网布局不合理,观测时次偏少, 所提供的气象信息,无论从时空上还是密度上,都不能满足监测预报灾害性天气的需要.努力加快我国自动气象观测站发展步伐,是提高对灾害性天气的监测能力和预报服务水平的重要途径.
