| 摘 要： | Web的信息资源建设是近年在Internet上应用较广，其优秀的即时性和良好的交互性，使得这一新技术在各级企事业单位得到广泛的应用。随着气象部门的网络环境的改善，采用B／S(浏览器／服务器)模式网络结构建立省级科技信息管理与服务系统完全成为可能。本文结合省级气象部门科技管理实际需求，从平台设计思路、系统开发、数据库、系统安全等角度提出了实现的概要方案和相关技术。

| Abstract: | In near two years construction of web information resource have been developed as a novel technology with the good characteristic of immediacy and interaction, at the same time widely applied to many companies and government offices. With the improvement of the web environment in the meteorological department, it is possible to adopt B/S (browser/server) mode web to build technological information management and service system.Associating with practical demand of technological management of province Weather Bureau,relevant technique project were presented, involving platform design, system development, data-base, and system security,etc. |
