| 摘 要： | 针对三峡库区蓄水后移民安置区的土地生态安全问题， 本文以重庆市巫山县为例， 在总 结归纳了巫山县移民安置区主要土地生态环境问题及形成原因的基础上， 以6 个流域为研究单 元， 从生态系统风险、人文社会风险和环境污染风险三方面选取具有代表性的8 个环境风险性因 子， 采用特尔菲法和层次分析法评价了巫山县移民安置区的土地生态安全问题， 并在此基础上提 出了有利于巫山县移民安置区土地可持续的生态利用模式。 |

| Abstract: | This paper explored land environmental issues in Three Gorges Resettlement Area, taking Wushan County as a case. Having summarized the major land environmental problems as well as their causes in the Wushan Resettlement, the paper set six river basins as its research units and chose eight representative factors of environmental risk from three aspects of eco-system risk, social risk and environmental pollution risk. The paper made a risk evaluation of land environmental problems in the regions by employing Delphi method and Analytic hierarchical programming(AHP), and proposed a pattern of eco-friendly utilization in the regions for the sake of their sustainable development. |
