| 摘 要： | 经济发展与环境演化关系的EKC经验曲线起源于对世界各国截面数据的分析。然而,这一经验曲线却被广泛用于一国一地区的时间序列分析和政策讨论。由于不同国家(地区)在地理条件、经济结构、发展途径、社会偏好等方面的差异,其经济发展与环境演化的关系在时间进程中的轨迹未必遵循同一经验规律。该文对湖南省经济发展和7个环境指标的15年数据进行实证分析,结果显示,虽然经济发展与部分环境指标的演化呈倒U型关系,但经济发展与多数环境指标演化的关系却显示了正U型的趋势。因此,在分析经济发展与环境演化关系、特别是在制定环境政策时,必须认识各地特有的环境演化规律。 |

| Abstract: | The EKC experience curve checking the relation between economic development and environment evolvement originated from analysis of panel-data of countries.However,this experience curve was broadly used for time series analysis and policy discussion in one region or country.On account of the differences among countries in the geography condition,economic structure,development path,social preference etc,the relation between economic development and environment evolvement doesn't necessarily follow the same rule in time progress.Utilizing 15 years data of Hunan economic development and seven environment indexes,this paper made an empirical analysis.It showed that the economic development had a converse-U type relation with partial environment indexes,but it also presented an erect-U type trend with most environment indexes.Therefore,each place should know its own environment evolvement rule when analyzing the relation between economic development and environment evolvement,especially when constituting its environment policy. |
