| 摘 要： | 目前,国内外采用行政和经济手段,对矿产勘查工作范围(S)的定性审定结论,都不够合理。它的合理确定,与勘查单位投入的技术、设备、劳动力和时间,以及勘查矿区的矿种,矿产地质特征、工作程度等因素(xi)密切有关,可以用回归统计模型式表达:S=b_o+sum from i=1 to ∞ bi×xi。按照价值工程原理,重新统计现有登记项目,可以确定其价值的期望值合理置信区间,进而审定已登记项目工作范围的合理与否,帮助我们改进矿管工作。本文根据上述回归模型和功能一成本统计分析法,结合湖南省矿产勘查登记项目,作了初步应用。

| Abstract: | At present, political and economic means are adopted at home and abroad to make qualitative examination of the working scope(S) for mineral resources exploration items,but the result is far from rational. Its rational ascertainment is closely related to the factors(Xi)such as techniques, equipment, forces and duration of work that the exploration unit invested in, and the mineral species, geologic feature as well as the working degree of the mine, which can be expre ssed by the regressive statistical model as:S=b_0+ bi'Xi Aeeordlng to the value engineering principle, from the statistics of the regis-tered items, the rational confidence limit of the expectation of its value can bedetermined, on which cart be based, to examine whether the working scope of the registered items is rational, so as to help improving the mineral supervision work. In the light of the above regressive model and the function-cost statistical analysing method, combined with the registered mineral resources exploration items in Hunan province, it is preliminarily applied. |
