| 摘 要： | 《城市地下管线探测技术规程》颁布实施以来,一直被视为探测工作的"基本法"。但是随着管线敷设技术、物联网技术、三维GIS、移动服务技术和互联网技术的发展和实际应用的推广,《城市地下管线探测技术规程》亟需进行相应的修改,以在管线探测领域继续发挥指导和规范的作用。

| Abstract: | Technical Specification for Detecting and Surveying Underground Pipelines and Cables in City had been promulgated on June 3 in 2003,and had been implemented on October 1 in 2003. It always has been regarded as a"basic law"for the detection work. However,the technology for laying pipeline , the Internet of things, mobile service, Internet and for 3D GIS had been developing rapidly and popularizing. All those technology would change the detection work. And this technical specification must be adjusted by the technical change. Just do it,this technical specification can bring the detection work into play of direction and norm. |
