| 摘 要： | 运用项目管理的理论和方法,结合开展基础测绘项目的实际,对基础测绘项目管理进行了初步探讨;并结合具体的案例,介绍了基础测绘项目实施与管理的特点及项目管理的主要内容,探讨了项目管理应注意的普遍问题,并提出一些合理建议。

| Abstract: | Using the project management theory and method and combining the actual operation of basic surveying and mapping,this paper discussed the management of basic surveying and mapping program.According to some basic surveying and mapping programs,this article introduced the features of basic surveying and mapping program’s implementation and management,the main contents of program’s management.Meanwhile,it also discussed a few of general problems about the program’s management and put forward some reasonable suggestions. |
