| Abstract: | This article deals with the implications, characteristics and principal exploitative tactics of mountain resources. It has been proposed that the mountain resources is a resources system and has double concepts: elemental resource in mountain area and a whole mountain being a natural complex. Compared with non-mountain resources, mountain resources system has some special characteristics , and all these characteristics come from the attributes of mountains. Based on these characteristics of mountain resources and current problems exploited mountain resource, the general principle on exploiting mountain resource and key points for exploiting main elemental resource in mountain area was put forwarded. |
