| 摘 要： | 采用骨灰、伊利石粘土和高岭石粘土作为端元组分,并根据DTA、热台显微镜、互RD方法测定的数据,组成了这个三元体系的假相图。依据假相图讨论了该体系的热相变特征以及有关骨灰瓷工艺学问题。

| Abstract: | Using bone ash, illite and kaolinite as end members and from the date of DTA,XRD and hot-stage microscopy measurements, the paper try to construct the ternary pseudo-phase diagram and the isomelting-temperature curve of the bone-illite-kaolinite system. Based on the isomelting-temperature curve and the ternary pseudo-phase diagram of the system, the paper discusses:(1)the properties of bone during heating;(2)the transformation of Ca3(PO4), from α to β phases;(3)the phase componentsof "bone china", and(4)the selection of the batch composition in bone china mass.Some fundamental solid reactins among bone, illite and kaolinite are also suggested in the paper. |
