| 摘 要： | 通过对1989-1998年广西出现的严重洪涝灾害灾情进行总结分析，得出近10a广西出现洪涝灾害的频率比1989年以前的30a高，特别是90年代，广西出现严重洪涝的周期比过去短，经济损失也越来越巨大的特点，还提出一些洪涝灾害的防灾减灾对策建议。

| Abstract: | The analysis to the losses caused by the serious flood and waterlogging happened during 1989-1998 in Guangxi concluded that the frequency of flood and waterlogging in the recent 10 years is higher than that in 30 years ago,especially in 1990s,the disaster is featured by shorter cycle and greater economical losses This article also provides some countermeasures and prevention suggestion for decreasing the disaster losses |
