| 摘 要： | 随着工业化和城市化进程不断加快，城市规模日趋扩张，失地农民问题日益凸现，且呈现出尖锐化。大批农民失去了赖以生存的土地后，成为既非农民也非市民的社会弱势群体，遭受社会的不公正待遇及排斥。失地农民的长远生计得以实现，才能真正保证其生活质量，也才能从根本上解决失地农民问题，实现社会稳定和城市化顺利进行。基于对长远生计重要性的分析，以可持续生计为研究视角，探析了影响失地农民实现长远生计的主要因素，并提出了失地农民实现长远生计的思考及对策。

| Abstract: | With the industrialization and urbanization process accelerated, the problem of off-land peasants has become more apparent and acute. A large number of farmers become neither farmers nor citizen after their land lost. Landless peasants achieve long-term livelihood that means they can guarantee their own quality of life, the problem of off-peasants can be solve, social become stability and urbanization realize smoothly. Based on the impounce of long-term livelihood, we analysed the factors of the problem of off-land peasants, and put forward countermeasures from the special perspective of sustainable livelihoods. |
