尿石—发样—土壤中微量元素分析及意义

摘    要:通过对吉林省不同地区草酸盐、磷酸盐和尿酸盐等不同成分类型的尿石和对应2发样的微量元素分析,结合吉林省不同类型土壤的微量元素含量,对尿石形成的影响因素特别是土壤因素进行了探讨。实验表明,钙元素是尿石形成的主要因素,同时尿石患者体内多存在Ca、K、Na、Zn、Fe等有益元素的代谢异常,从而为尿石症的临床治疗及预防提供了参考。

Abstract:By analysis of trace elements in urinary stones with different composition of oxalate,phosphate, uric acid salt and in hair samples from urinary stone suffers in Jilin province and compared with the trace elements in local soils, the study on genesis of urinary stone, especially the soil effect, was carried out. The results show that Ca content is the major factor in urinary stone formation. And metabolic abnormal of useful elements, such as Ca, K, Na, Zn, Fe etc. from urinary stone suffers are always observed. The results from the study will be very useful for the clinical treatment and prevention of people from urolithiasis in Jilin province.
