不同浓度CaCl2溶液中H3BO3介稳区性质研究

摘    要:测定了-20~25℃范围内不同浓度CaCl2溶液中H3BO3的溶解度和超溶解度,得到了H3BO3的介稳区并推算出近似动态溶解度和表观成核级数,给出了溶解度方程和成核速率方程。实验结果表明,在CaCl2-H3BO3-H2O体系中,随CaCl2浓度增加,H3BO3在水中溶解能力减小,介稳区向高温移动。相同CaCl2浓度下,H3BO3介稳区宽度在高温区较窄,在低温区变宽明显;成核级数计算表明,随H3BO3浓度的增大,表观成核级数先增大后减小。

Abstract:The solubility and ultra solubility of H3BO3 in system CaC12-H3 BO3-H20 were measured over the temperature range from -20 ℃ to 25 ℃, Nucleation order and solubility was calculated, solubility equation and nucleation equation were also obtained. Experimental results show that the stable area of H3 BO3 is narrow at high temperature, and wide at low temperature. With the increase of CaC12 the solubility of H3 BO3 has a decrease and metastable zone shifts to lower temperature. Nucleation order reaches a maximum at H3BO3 concentration around 1.30%.
