| Abstract: | A modification of the diffusional motion of cosmic rays in a large scale turbulent field is considered. The partial dragging of particles in the arbitrarily wandering magnetic field lines may lead to the creation of a new regime of diffusion of cosmic rays in the Galaxy. |
