| 摘 要： | 房地产行业的不断发展,房地产估价业务量日趋增多,估价的覆盖范围更加广泛,估价的难度、复杂度也越来越大,文章从房地产估价的特点及存在的问题出发,研究探讨将地理信息系统（GIS）应用于房地产估价系统的必要性及可行性,提出GIS房地产估价系统的主要功能模块,该系统对房地产估价业乃至整个房地产市场的发展必产生积极作用。
