| 摘 要： | 高精度地理信息具有提供更高空间定位精度和更强空间关系表达能力的优势。“十四五”期间，高精度地理信息获取作为基础测绘重要战略任务，其相关成果将为经济社会发展和自然资源综合管理提供更好的空间参考依据。本文从高精度地理信息的获取进展出发，分析了高精度地理信息产品的需求形势和对基础测绘服务能力的提升作用，以及高精度地理信息获取和产品提供过程中遇到的问题，提出了提升高精度地理信息获取和产品提供能力的相关建议。

| Abstract: | High-precision geographic information has the advantage of providing higher spatial positioning accuracy and stronger ability to express spatial relationships. During the “Fourteenth Five-Year Plan” period, high-precision geographic information acquisition will be taken as an important strategic task for basic surveying and mapping. The relevant achievements will provide a better spatial reference for economic and social development and integrated management of natural resources. Based on the progress of acquiring high-precision geographic information, this paper analyzes the demand situation and the role of improving the basic surveying and mapping service capabilities of high-precision geographic information products, as well as the problems encountered in the process of acquiring and providing high-precision geographic information. The suggestions for improving the ability to acquire high-precision geographic information and provide products are also proposed. |
