摘    要:在海洋测绘和水域监测领域经常需要测量潮位信息,提出了一种利用图像处理进行标尺刻线检测的方法,使用摄像机拍摄固定在水中的标尺,通过读取标尺视频序列、基于Hough变换和Harris检测对标尺刻线进行识别计算,从而获得潮位线位置.通过水面实验证明了该方法具有较高的实用性.

Abstract:Tidal level information is important in hydrographic surveying and water area measuring domain.This paper developed a ruler check method using image processing.By reading video sequence of ruler which is pegged in the water,arithmetic based on Hough transform and Harris corner detection can calculate the tidal level.The experiment indicated that the method had an advanced practicability.
