| 摘 要： | 寻找和开发利用耕地后备资源是落实国家耕地占补平衡制度的重要措施.基于遥感和GIS技术,对河南省黄河滩区滩涂的类型、面积和分布现状等进行遥感调查和统计分析,按照行洪安全标准和当地农业生产实际,得出黄河滩涂中老滩的宜耕区适合作为黄河滩区耕地后备资源的重要结论,为合理开发利用黄河滩涂资源提供决策依据. |
