红外实时测沙仪研制及其应用

摘    要:环形水槽是研究细颗粒泥沙的理想装置,但测沙技术的相对滞后极大地制约了环形水槽的使用.为改进环形水槽的传统测沙技术,自主研发完全开放式的实时在线测沙仪器,力求在水槽中实验水样的自然流态下实时测量垂线悬浮泥沙含量.采用光源调制技术,结合特殊的光路设计,将含沙量转换为现代实验技术易于处理的电信号.并针对环形水槽的特殊工作方式,设计数据采集和无线传输接口,送入计算机进行数据后处理及综合分析,实现了含沙量的在线实时量测.实测实验表明数据线性度高,重复性好,有较大的实用价值和创新意义.

Abstract:The annular flume, which is an ideal instrument to study fine sediment, is restricted by the technology of sediment measurement. Aiming at the change of the traditional sediment measurement method, a new equipment, called Infrared Back-scattering Sediment instrument, is introduced, It can measure the real-time sediment content continuously. By using lamp-house modulating technology and special optical and circuit design, the sediment content is switched to voltage, which is easy to be obtained by advanced calculation technology. The SCM datacollection system changes the voltage to numeric signals and then transfer them to the computer, where the data can be analyzed synthetically and synchronously. The experiment in laboratory proves that the data are linear and repeatable.
