| Abstract: | It is protruding increasingly that the real estate S/M is drawn the effect in the real estate market under the pushing of correlation policy and the housing system reformation. On the base of the modern market concept the real estate S/M units should see clearly the real estate S/M market present situation and development trends and put forward their countermeasure. These problems have to be confronted and are worth of considering. |
