| 摘 要： | 近年来，香港对外直接投资发展极为迅速，在发展中国家或地区中遥居首位，在世界上也名列前茅。香港的对外直接投资呈现明显的地域集中性，主要投资地为中国大陆。本文在分析大量数据和资料的基础上，阐述了香港对外直接投资总量变化、区域格局的特点，并分析其对大陆直接投资给香港经济发展和产业结构优化所带来的巨大效益。

| Abstract: | Hong Kong has ropidly developed in direct investment in recent years. It is now far ahead of other developing countries and areas, and ranges one among the largest FDI countries(areas) in the world. Mist of its FDI, however, has highly concentrated in the mainland of China,particularly tn Pearl River Delta. Based on a vast anlount of data, some features of FDI of Hong Kong are expounded in the paper. Becouse of cheap labour and land value in the mainland of China, the investors from Hong Kong have already gained a great deal of net profits. In the same time, the economy ln Hong Kong has also experienced many changes. The tertiary industry in Hong Kong, for example, has jumped to a high percentage of 83. The secondary industry is mainly transplanted to Pearl River Delta and Coastal cities of mainland. As a result,the industrial structure in Hong Kong has raised to a high level, on the other land, it will greatly influence on the Hong Kong's economic base in the future. |
