| Abstract: | This paper studies the data of microelements, palynology and heavy minerals in the Cenozoic sediment of the East China Sea basin and assumes the paleogeomorphologic change in the basin and its adjacent areas in the Cenozoic Era. Further more, the authors infer that the clastic material of the ancient Yangtze River initially entered the basin in the later period of mid-Miocene. |
