| 摘 要： | 本文详细介绍了2008年7月5日发生在厦门市和龙海市交界处的4.4级地震的一些基本情况及应急处理.这次地震导致厦门、漳州、泉州、龙岩震感明显,震后厦门市地震局迅速启动应急预案,在市委、市政府的领导下,按照应急步骤,从地震形势、开展调查、稳定民心几个方面着手,从而有效地保证了人民生命财产安全,确保了社会的安定稳定.该次应急涉及以下几个方面:快速集合,启动预案;快速定位,报告震情;组织会商,判定震情;奔赴现场,开展调查;发布信息,稳定民心.整个应急过程各个部门分工明确,体现了所制定的应急预案的科学性、实用性.最后,作者总结了在实际救援中操作性强的5点经验体会:领导重视,靠前指挥;地震信息,快准透明;密切协同,迅速定位;常抓不懈,有备无患;搞好教育,遇震不慌.这些经验对厦门市今后的地震应急有很好的指导意义.
