摘    要:针对北大港复杂断块油田地质条件复杂,渗透率低,断层发育,断块小,层间差异大,储层低孔、低渗,地层能量不足,层多且薄,压裂过程中易形成窄裂缝,断层性质不清楚,试油具有一定的产能,产量递减快等特点,提出一套具有国内领先水平的复杂断块压裂改造工艺技术。在压裂液方面,研制了新型无残渣压裂液;工艺方面,通过压裂工艺设计优化,采用低起步、大排量、线性加砂压裂工艺,应用测试压裂技术,提高工艺设计适应性,达到改善压裂效果的目的,实际应用效果明显。

Abstract:The authors bring forward a set of nationally advanced craftwork and techniques for complex fault-block fracturing reconstruction of the northern Dagang Oilfield,where there are complex geologic conditions,low permeability,well-developed faults with small blocks,large interlayer differences,reservoirs with low porosity and permeability,low stratigraphic energy,and also many and thin layers that can easily cause narrow fractures in fracturing process as well as unclear fault properties,and some producing capacity but with a fast descent.The authors develop a new kind of non-residua fracturing fluid,which is proved very useful in the practice in the Oilfield.
