乡级土地规划数据库质量控制关键技术探讨

摘    要:针对目前乡级土地规划数据库质量控制技术存在的不足,本文在对比现有规划建库软件平台基础之上,就数据库建设过程中质量控制的几个关键问题,提出了基于ArcGIS的高效自动化的质量控制技术:拓扑错误自动修正技术、碎多边形自动合并技术、土地利用相关面积计算等。实践表明:本文质量控制技术能够提高规划数据库的建设效率和质量,更好地满足我国土地规划的管理需求。

Abstract:In order to overcome the weakness of the quality control technology of village-level land-use planning database,in contrast to the construction of existing planning database,the authors proposed the efficiently automatic quality control technology based on ArcGIS,including automatically revising topology,automatically merging broken polygons,calculating the land-use related areas,etc.The practice showed that the quality control technology could improve the construction efficiency and quality of the planning database,for better satisfy the needs of land planning management.
