| 摘 要： | 本文根据Flex技术体系与特点,分析了基于Flex的WebGIS的系统结构,阐述了Flex在WebGIS设计中的优势所在;并结合ESEI公司的ArcGIS Flex API,设计了某地的"三防"决策管理WebGIS系统,论文从数据链接、地图显示、统计图表等功能实现说明了基于Flex的WebGIS设计过程;实践证明,使用Flex能够有效地提高WebGIS客户端的交互能力。

| Abstract: | According to the technology system and characteristics of Flex,the essay analyzed the system structure of WebGIS based on it and the advantages in the design of WebGIS.It also offered the design of WebGIS system for the decision management on Anti-windstorm,flood and drought in some place by combining ArcGIS Flex API from ESEI Company.Through the realizations of functions of data connections,map displays,statistics charts,etc,it explained the design process of WebGIS based on Flex.Meanwhile,it proved that the usage of Flex could greatly improve the efficiency of the interactivities form client ports of WebGIS. |
