| 摘 要： | 地理国情普查是一项重大的国情国力调查,是制定和实施国家发展战略与规划、优化国土空间开发格局和各类资源配置的重要依据.为了满足新形势下的地理国情普查信息采集的需求,本文基于中海达QPAD移动终端,研究了在地理国情普查信息采集中涉及的移动GIS技术,设计了地理国情普查信息采集系统的架构以及各个功能模块,为移动GIS在地理国情普查信息采集中的应用提供了一个有效的示范.

| Abstract: | Geographical national conditions census is a major national conditions and national power census, which provides important reference materials for the formulation and implementation of national development strategies, and for optimizing land space development pattern and the allocation of resources. To meet the requirements in the information collection process under new conditions, based on Zhonghaida QPad mobile device, this paper studied the relevant mobile GIS technologies. Moreover, this paper designed the architecture and functions of the system for geographical national conditions census, which was an effective example for the application of mobile GIS in geographical national conditions census. |
